I have tried signing into a friends account on my devices to make sure it isn't a weird issue with the devices themselves and they can sign in without issue. I have cleared my cookies, and all history on my browser (chrome), I have used explorer, the Paypal app and firefox to make sure it wasn't just a browser issue and the result is the same every single time. I have also tried contacting them through Twitter and Facebook, and they have absolutely no support representatives on either. I have tried calling Paypal several times a day for months, and every single time I get to the point where I would normally reach a representative the automated system just says "we can't support your inquiry over the phone at this time" and I can't access my account, so there is no way to message them using their message center. I have tried resetting my password over 100 times now and nothing works. and then the "we noticed some unusual activity." loop starts over again. Once a confirm my new password, it brings me to the login screen saying "Your session timed out, log in again".
